Where will this course be delivered? Your choice sets which deliverables are available in step 8 (SCORM version, question-bank format, book, or a complete standalone website).

SCORM ships as individual per-element packages. Books, Quizzes and Assignments are also assembled into the .mbz Moodle course backup, which every build produces.
The VET compliance documents (TAS, assessment tools, marking guides, mapping matrix) as editable .docx — delivered individually and inside the .mbz "Compliance pack" folder.
Which model generates the diagrams / illustrations embedded in SCORM slides and book chapters.
